RampMeet, by SnickityBit Solutions LLC, lets you delete your account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and exactly what is removed.
1. Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in RampMeet:
- Open RampMeet and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and associated data are permanently deleted right away. This action cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@snickitybit.com from the email address on your RampMeet account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile — display name, home airport, aircraft details, and profile/aircraft photos.
- Your private contact information — your email address and notification (push) tokens.
- Your memberships — you are removed from every circle and event you belong to, and from any moderator roles.
- Your requests and RSVPs — pending circle join requests, ride requests, and event RSVPs.
- Photos and files you uploaded to events.
- Your sign-in credentials (your login is deleted, so you can no longer sign in).
4. What is kept
- Circles you created are not deleted — they remain for their members, and control passes to the circle's other moderators. This keeps the community intact for the pilots who rely on it.
- Messages you already sent remain in existing conversations so other members' threads are not broken. They are no longer linked to a profile, because your profile no longer exists.
5. Backups and retention period
Deletion from the live RampMeet service is immediate. Residual copies of your data may remain in our routine, encrypted, access-restricted backups for up to 14 weeks (about three months), after which they are purged in the normal backup rotation.
