Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using RampMeet (the "Service"), operated by SnickityBit Solutions LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you do not have permission to use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RampMeet. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Keep your profile information accurate, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
RampMeet exists to provide real utility to pilots. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Post spam, scams, advertising, or solicitations unrelated to the airport community.
- Post content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service to build a competing dataset or to scrape members or content.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your message to the other members of a circle).
You are responsible for the content you post, including its legality and accuracy, and you represent that you have the right to share it.
5. Aviation and Flight Sharing
RampMeet is a communication and coordination tool only. RampMeet is not an air carrier, charter operator, charter broker, flight-booking platform, travel agent, dispatcher, aircraft operator, broker of transportation, or provider of aviation services. RampMeet does not arrange, broker, sell, schedule, dispatch, operate, endorse, verify, supervise, or compensate flights or transportation of any kind.
Any ride, flight, passenger carriage, expense sharing, aircraft sharing, ground transportation, meetup, or other arrangement between users is solely between those users. RampMeet is not a party to those arrangements and has no responsibility for them.
Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable aviation laws and regulations, including regulations governing private versus commercial operations, compensation or hire, expense sharing, common purpose, pro-rata cost sharing, and the prohibition on holding out. RampMeet does not determine whether any proposed flight, post, request, expense share, or arrangement is legal or safe. If you have any doubt, consult current FAA guidance and a qualified aviation attorney before proceeding.
Your Responsibility: RampMeet makes no representation or warranty about any user, pilot, passenger, aircraft, aircraft owner, operator, mechanic, instructor, airport, vendor, event, route, flight, or arrangement, including qualifications, certificates, ratings, medical status, insurance, aircraft airworthiness, maintenance status, legality, safety, reliability, or suitability. You participate in any interaction or arrangement at your own risk.
6. No Legal, Aviation, or Operational Advice
RampMeet does not provide legal, aviation, regulatory, operational, maintenance, weather, dispatch, flight-planning, or safety advice. Information in the Service is provided for general communication and community coordination only. You are solely responsible for making your own decisions, verifying information through official sources, and complying with all laws, regulations, aircraft limitations, airport rules, insurance requirements, and safe operating practices.
7. Not for Emergencies
RampMeet is not an emergency service. Do not use RampMeet to request, provide, or coordinate emergency assistance, air traffic services, rescue, medical help, urgent maintenance, urgent safety support, or time-critical operational help. In an emergency, contact 911, air traffic control, airport authorities, emergency services, or other appropriate official resources.
8. Information Is User-Generated
Airport information, runway information, tower information, vendor listings, recommendations, events, posts, messages, ride requests, and other content in RampMeet may be provided by users or third-party sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unverified. Do not rely on RampMeet for operational decisions.
Before flying or making aviation-related decisions, always verify critical information through official and current sources, including FAA publications, NOTAMs, weather briefings, airport/facility directories, chart supplements, aircraft documents, maintenance records, and airport or FBO personnel where appropriate.
9. Vendor and Sponsored Listings
Vendor listings, recommendations, featured listings, sponsored nearby listings, and "also serving this area" placements are for general community reference only. Sponsored or featured placement does not mean RampMeet verifies, recommends, guarantees, or endorses that business. You are responsible for evaluating any vendor, mechanic, instructor, FBO, airport business, or service provider before relying on them.
10. Assumption of Risk
You understand and agree that aviation, aircraft operations, airport activities, meeting other users, riding with other users, and interacting with vendors involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use of RampMeet and from any interaction, communication, meeting, ride, flight, event, vendor relationship, or arrangement connected to the Service.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnickityBit Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, death, property damage, aircraft damage, loss of data, loss of goodwill, lost profits, regulatory action, certificate action, insurance issue, or other loss arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — RampMeet, including any content, communication, meeting, ride, flight, event, vendor interaction, recommendation, sponsored listing, or arrangement between users.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnickityBit Solutions LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: your use of RampMeet; your content; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; any ride, flight, expense-sharing, event, vendor, or other arrangement involving you; or any dispute between you and another user or third party.
15. Changes to the Service
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including circles, messaging, rides, recommendations, events, vendor listings, sponsored placements, notifications, or airport-related features. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes to the Service.
16. Termination

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
