Connect with the pilots on your field, see who’s going to a fly-out, swap airport-specific tips, get a recommendation for a mechanic or FBO, and message other pilots privately — all in one lightweight app built for real-world coordination.
Built Around the Airport — Not a Feed
The airport is the center of everything. Join your home airport’s circle, build a regional circle that spans the fields around you, or start an interest group for your flying club. Circles can be open, approval-required, or invite-only, so each community stays as trusted as it needs to be — and any circle can host fly-outs and events its members RSVP to. And if your home field is quiet, Nearby Circles surfaces the communities at larger airports within 100 nm, so rural pilots can find where everyone actually gathers.
Connect by What You Fly
Add the aircraft you fly and RampMeet suggests an aircraft-type circle for your make and model — so a Cessna 172 owner can reach other 172 pilots, a Mooney owner other Mooney drivers. A built-in radius map shows which airports fall within your flying range, so a nationwide type community still feels local.
Coordinate Fly-Outs and Rides
Plan an event in any circle, see who’s going, and sort out rides field-to-field — pilots who need a seat and pilots who have one get matched at their departure airport, privately. Add the event to your calendar in a tap, and share trusted recommendations for the mechanic, FBO, or $100 hamburger at the field.
Privacy First
RampMeet is deliberately not social media. There are no likes, no followers, no public feed, and no searchable member directory. We don’t even ask for your phone number, your email is never shown to other pilots, and conversations happen in-app. It’s a quiet utility for local pilot coordination — nothing more.
